Holiday info
Holiday returns and exchanges will be accepted until Jan 20th.
Masha Apparel will ship item through the holiday season, if you are ordering a gift after Dec 6th, it may not arrive in time for Christmas, as most shipping couriers have suspended delivery guarantees. Please reach out to you if you have any questions.Â

How it's made
Washing instructions
Your beautiful new tie dye is dyed with colourfast dye, and is rinsed in cool water at least three times, bleeding of the dyes should be minimal.
We suggest to suggests to wash the item with mild detergent in cool water, on a quick cycle to reduce water and energy waste. After the first wash, you can throw in your tie dye with regular laundry. It is best to avoid washing any tie dye with white natural fibre items such as white tees, bed linen or towels.

Our dyes are non-toxic dyes and use less water than commercials dyes. We use only natural fabrics like organic cotton, conventional cotton and bamboo.

Size & Fit
All our pieces fit true to size, we do not recommend to size up unless you'd like an oversized fit.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges or returns on unworn items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if you would like to return or exchange it. Â
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Â
If you received a defective item, please let us know right away so we can fix the problem!

Processing time is 2-7 business days.Â
USA - most packages will arrive within 2-10 business days. Shipped from Niagara Fall, NY.
Canada - most packages will arrive within 2-10 business days. Shipped from Markham, Ontario.
Europe - most packages will arrive within 7-15 business days.
Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania - most packages will arrive within 10-15 business days.
Asia, South America, and all other location - most packages will arrive within 10-20 business days.

Order Changes
If you made a mistake, or simply want to change something in your order please contact us as soon as possible - either through the chat bubble, contact form or email info@mashaapparel.com . Once an order has shipped we will be unable to make any changes.
